Whether served on tap or individually poured, each drink has a unique touch to be enjoyed. Using fresh fruits, herbs, juices and mixers that will tease the pallet drink by drink. Families, couples and planners work one-on-one with our team to compile a beverage menu specific to their tastes; inclusive of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Queen Bee
A 10’ custom-built trailer outfitted with (6) taps to pour your beverages of choice. She features carefully selected tones of navy, gold and ivory, that are accented by deep, dark wood-stained countertops. Built with a full-functioning hot/cold sink and a countertop ice bin. The Queen Bee proudly represents the flagship unit in our fleet of tap vehicles.
Worker Bee
A tiny, but mighty tap camper outfitted with (4) taps to pour the beverages of your choice. He features a rich, wood-stained countertop with a regal gold and white marble backsplash.
Our story
Prior to the pandemic, I decided to make a major career pivot and left a great job in the city after 13 years to be closer to home, closer to my children and husband, closer to all that I LOVE. I started a new role that gave me the comforts of being nearby, being home for dinner each night, eliminating 5:15 am wake up calls, and quite frankly just easier on the brain.
Just four short weeks into my new role, the global pandemic hit and I found myself laid off at home indefinitely.
I needed more for myself and family, and with this I decided to launch my own business. The inspiration came from strain and pain I saw from other entrepreneurs. I saw many local farmers having to dispose of milk by the 1,000’s of gallons due to pandemic limitations. Dumping their livelihood as if it was literally spoiled milk. What could I do to help salvage this milk? In my mind, a tap truck was the answer. Finding a way to go door to door or community to community to give families milk in an old fashioned form. Turns out distribution of milk has regulations longer than one could imagine.
But - I didn’t give up, didn’t give in to the no we commonly hear.
I was so intrigued by the tap truck concept that I decided to have my own custom tap trailer built, catering to high-end events ready to pour craft beers, fine wines, cocktails, mocktails, sangria, sweet tea, lemonade, cold brew, etc. in a very unique way.
And with this, I launched Milk & Honey Mobile Taps.
